Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be flexible to start your yoga class
No, you don’t have to be flexible to enjoy my classes. I teach everything in stages so that every body can find a level that suits them. I encourage you to listen to your body during the classes and to only move in a way that is comfortable for you.
I have never done yoga. Am I too old to start
No, you are never too old to start yoga. My classes are accessible to all ages and you are encouraged to move in a way that is comfortable for you. My classes are very diverse in ages and abilities and are designed to ensure that every body can achieve the poses and sequences in a way that works for them.
What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat, you can also bring a block, strap or bolster if you have these, anything that you need for your practice. A cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable for the relaxation and a bottle drink.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing, something you can move easily in. I would advise Layers.
Your body temperature will drop when you lay down for the relaxation so make sure that you have an extra layer or a blanket if you want to be really comfortable.
